I needed a 20 diopter correction. I could not find any lenses that meet this requirement. I ordered the prisms and had help from my local eyeglasses store to set the up. It was completed in about 10 minutes and my vision is no longer double. I had brain surgery that caused one of my eyes to turn inward. I tried wearing an eye patch for many years but nothing changed. These prisms fixed everything and I can finally see one of everything again with both eyes.
